How to Order?

Online Order

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an order confirming email from AYpearl.com .
The minimum order is 100 USD.

1>Create a account

Before purchasing, new customers should get an account by Register,
Current customer should sign in using registered account ID and password.

2>Add selected jewelry items to shopping cart

Browsing our website, whenever you see a product that you'd like to purchase, just click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. There are many ways to find what you're looking for: searching by keywords of the product, product ID or by browsing categories and featured items.
When you have altered the quantity of the product you put in your shopping cart, do not forget to click the "update" button, then you may click "continue shopping" button to go back to the last shopping page you viewed, or click ''Place order'' to proceed with the step “Check Out”

3>Check Out

• Enter Order Information:
  Shipping Information (Address, Phone call, etc), Shipping option, Payment option, Remark Message.
• Validate Order Information
• Successfully Submit Order Information
  You will get this order ID and you may check the order state.

Please check your email after you place your order successfully, Customer service will send you the product total and shipping cost of your order.

4>Make payment

All of the jewlry items are handmade by workers in our factory, so customers are expected to make full payment including shipping in advance, then we prepare orders as per paid time.
